Dawn Ellmore Employment is an independent recruitment agency specialising in the patent, trade mark and legal professions. It has operated since its inception in 1995 and is based in London. It works with clients and candidates in the UK, Europe and overseas.

The agency recruits patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys at all levels, from trainees to partner level moves, for intellectual property firms, full service law firms and in-house departments. It also fills patent and trade mark support roles such as secretaries, paralegals, formalities staff and docketing specialists, as well as intellectual property solicitors, IP managers, analysts and searchers. Business support roles within the legal and intellectual property sectors include human resources, office management, marketing and reception staff, alongside accounting and finance and IT roles. It also handles temporary work and fixed term contracts.
