Davies Ross Consulting is a recruitment company for the construction industry, covering residential and project home building, development and client-side roles in the NSW and QLD built environment. It has offices in the Gold Coast and Sydney, and offers both permanent and contract placements.

Its directors established it to provide a tailored construction and property recruitment service for candidates and clients. Its clients include businesses in building, development and client-side project management.

Its contract service supplies white collar contract professionals to the Tier 1, 2, 3 and fitout and refurbishment construction markets, and contractors are paid weekly through its payroll system. Roles include site managers, project managers, contracts administrators, estimators, site and project engineers, and OHS and WHS officers. The service is led by director Ben Willmot, who has more than 12 years' experience in white collar temporary construction recruitment.
