Datacenex Recruitment is a specialist recruitment and executive search consultancy for the data centre sector. It describes itself as a global agency with a focus on the Americas and Europe, and says it recruits across the full lifecycle of a data centre. Its services are permanent recruitment, retained executive search and interim recruitment. Its work centres on data centre and colocation businesses, with cloud computing as a second area.

The roles it fills fall into three groups: executive and commercial positions, operations and facilities roles such as BMS engineers and facilities engineers, and engineering and construction roles such as commissioning managers and project managers.

The company administers a data centre professionals group on LinkedIn together with its APAC partner, Mission Critical Recruitment. It has also partnered with ECS Ltd to offer energy procurement consultancy to data centre owners and operators in the UK.
