Darwin Rhodes

Darwin Rhodes is a recruitment and executive search firm specialising in the insurance markets. It was established in 1996 and is part of Dryden Human Capital, a group of recruitment and executive search companies that also includes Alexander Cane. The company says it was one of the first recruitment firms to specialise in insurance.

It recruits across actuarial, broking, underwriting, claims, catastrophe risk, employee benefits and pensions, general insurance, finance and accounting, IT and change management, and life and health reinsurance. In actuarial work its clients include insurers, reinsurers, investment banks, regulators, consultancies and rating agencies. Roles range from underwriting assistants to class underwriters, and from technical support staff to producing brokers and heads of division. Its services include executive search, contingent search and contract or interim management, along with research, benchmarking and market mapping.

Darwin Rhodes works from offices in London, Hong Kong and Stans, Switzerland, and recruits in the UK, Europe, Hong Kong and Asia.
