Dartmouth Partners is a recruitment consultancy based in London and the US, specialising in financial and professional services, with a focus on banking, M&A and private equity. It was founded in 2012 and recruits at all levels, from graduate to senior roles. Its sector teams cover CFO and senior finance, corporate finance and M&A, credit, equities and multi-asset, finance into funds, investor relations and distribution, private equity, real assets, strategy and corporate development, technology leadership and early careers.

Services include permanent and interim recruitment, executive search and succession planning, retained solutions, and benchmarking, industry reports and market mapping. Under its Classroom to Boardroom model, it partners with universities and screens over 40,000 CVs each year to place people into apprenticeships, internships and graduate roles, then keeps working with them through their careers. It says it advises over 1,000 firms.

The London office opened in 2012, followed by New York in 2021, Charlotte in early 2023 and Dallas in 2026. The company is part of a group headed by its parent company, Kernel, with sister companies Catalyst Partners and Pure Search.
