Sunny Recruitment

Sunny Recruitment is an independent recruitment agency serving West Wales. It says Sunny is the new name for Dart Recruitment, with the same team offering the same service.

The agency recruits on permanent, contract and temporary terms for employers and job seekers. Its stated areas of expertise are food and drink manufacturing, oil, gas and renewables, and pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. One managing consultant specialises in biotech and pharma, placing temporary and permanent staff with clients in West Wales.

Sunny says it has been working since 1996 and draws on over two decades of experience in recruitment. Ben and Lisa are its directors. It no longer keeps offices and meets clients and candidates at their premises, in cafés or by video call.
