Damicor is a recruitment business that focuses on airport-centric industries. It supplies skilled professionals for technical and operational roles in airport automation, construction, engineering, facilities maintenance, and supply chain and logistics, and also lists aerospace and manufacturing among its specialisms. Its automation work covers manufacturing systems, baggage handling and intralogistics, and its construction work covers airport-focused infrastructure projects, including M&E services. In supply chain it places people in material handling, warehouse management and logistics.

Damicor is part of Hamilton Bradshaw, an investment group founded by James Caan CBE. It is led by Managing Director Daniel Ellis-Bland, who has over 20 years of experience in recruitment. The company says it was established to meet demand for specialist recruitment in airport operations and affiliated industries, and that its talent pool includes security-cleared professionals vetted to UK Civil Aviation Authority standards.

It has a Heathrow office in West Drayton and an office in London, and says it aims to grow in airport-focused recruitment in the UK and internationally.
