Daimad Recruitment is a recruitment consultancy that places executive candidates within the customer experience (CX) and customer contact community across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region. It fills permanent and contract roles such as heads of contact centres, chief operating officers, chief people officers, heads of workforce management, quality and knowledge management leads, and business development managers. It says it draws on a pool of more than 500 executives, many of whom its leader has kept in contact with over a long period.

The firm is led by David O'Keefe, who was an equity partner at Tanna Partners between 2006 and 2014 and has re-established his own recruitment consultancy, with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. The name comes from the names of his four children. He has placed candidates in sectors including BPO, banking and finance, IT&T, telecommunications, insurance, superannuation, emergency assistance and education.

The company launched in 2025 and offers outplacement support to executives after redundancy or loss of employment, with advice, mentoring and coaching on their next career steps. From September 2025 it also runs Human Synergistics Circumplex workshops led by accredited facilitator Darren Sutton.
