It describes itself as a multi-service agency that partners with businesses across Western Australia. It was formed when two industry peers, Alex Da Silva and Craig Youngson, partnered up.

Its retained executive search is cross-industry and focuses on corporate services C-Suite and General Manager positions in finance, procurement, human resources, marketing, technology, transformation, sales, governance, risk and assurance. Recruitment covers senior accounting and finance professionals on permanent, contract or interim terms, in roles such as Group Financial Controllers, Commercial Managers and Finance Managers.

Project resourcing supplies staffing and consulting for business-critical projects with an accounting and finance focus, such as finance system implementations, due diligence and audit support. Alex Da Silva, a Chartered Accountant, moved into search and recruitment in 2007. Craig Youngson had almost twenty years in the industry before deciding to establish the firm.
