CVinternational is a recruitment firm specialising in retail and FMCG, with offices in London and Melbourne. It says it works across the Asia Pacific region and is an independent subsidiary of CVUK Group, whose London office covers recruitment in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

It recruits for retailers in luxury, fashion, jewellery, watches, lifestyle, beauty, home, FMCG and sport. Roles run from shop floor to head office and from entry level to c-suite, including buying, merchandise planning, retail operations, HR, finance, digital, e-commerce, marketing, design and supply chain. Its clients range from founder-led startups and private equity partners to established brands, and it combines retained search with contingency assignments. It says it holds a database of many thousands of candidates, and it offers candidates career, CV, interview and portfolio support.

The firm is led by Sandra, who set up CVinternational in Melbourne in 2012 after working in the retail team at CVUK in London. Its consultants are former retailers.
