Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency working across Allied Health, Community Services and Nursing throughout Australia. Donnchadh Lawlor founded the business in early 2021, drawing on his frontline experience in social work and mental health. The name Curamoir means "caregiver" in Gaelic.

It fills locum, temporary and permanent roles, including senior positions. Its talent network includes remote area nurses, aged care nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners, social workers, counsellors and psychologists, as well as case workers for family services programs. Clients include public and private hospitals, primary health services, aged care facilities, community service providers, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations and private practices.

Curamoir has offices in Sydney and Perth and recruits nationwide, across metropolitan, regional, rural and remote Australia.
