CSS Staffing

CSS Staffing provides temporary and contingent staff augmentation for commercial and aerospace and defence clients. It recruits for technology, engineering, manufacturing, administrative, finance and accounting, and logistics and distribution roles, from developers and electrical engineers to electronic assemblers, bookkeepers and warehouse associates. It also offers contingent workforce management and payroll services.

Its arrangements include hourly temporary staff, temporary to permanent placement, cost plus employees, payroll service for client employees and customised plans. It says it serves small firms and Fortune 100 companies, and organisations throughout the United States, with branches in New Jersey and California.

The company says it started in 1990, when founder Kimberly Crew, President and CEO, took over a technology business with a staffing component and refocused it on temporary employees. Thomas Clarke heads the staffing team. Its recruiting headquarters is in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
