Cruit is a Norwegian recruitment and advisory firm based in Oslo. It works for private and public sector organisations, recruiting leaders and specialists and offering embedded recruitment, also described as HR as a service, as well as background checks on candidates. Its other services include employer branding, strategic advisory for managers, an interim service called Cruit Interim, courses, outplacement and career advice during downsizing and restructuring, and work with the Teamtailor recruitment system.

Its advisers specialise in separate areas: top executives and managers, marketing and communication, IT, tech and security, finance, accounting and audit, sales, public and municipal sector, property, construction and civil engineering, board members, defence, security and preparedness, and HR and administration.

Anne Kathrine Hagen is managing director. The company reports more than 30 employees, 28 years in operation, over 350 recruitments a year and more than 300 companies helped. It says its advisers are DNV-certified and that it holds ISO 9001 and Miljøfyrtårn certification.
