CRU International is a Swedish company working in human resource management and organisation, and it presents itself as the obvious choice in that field. It was founded in 2001 and has spent close to twenty years helping large and small companies make strategic, sustainable and structured HR decisions. Interima chefs uppdrag supplies a temporary, time limited leader at company management level, or an HR chef, HR businesspartner or HR konsult, for situations such as a new establishment, a leave of absence, a specialist need, general reinforcement or cover until a permanent appointment is made. Rådgivning advises company managements and HR directors on long term business and HR work, including reorganisation, redundancies, coaching, mentorship and acquisitions. Verksamhetsutveckling covers strategy, organisational and employee development. Rekrytering runs the full recruitment process and offers internal training for those responsible for hiring. Arbetsprocesser builds and reviews HR routines, målkontrakt and appraisal structures, and provides senior project management in HR processes. Nätverk och Mentor runs networks for managers and specifically for HR directors.

CRU International works with client companies in Sweden, and its stated goal throughout is to improve a client's profitability through verksamhetsutveckling, arbetsprocesser and a strengthened employer profile. Clients choose it for depth of experience in the specific things it does: CRU has run chefscoaching since 1998 and its networks since 2005, and it takes responsibility for the process, the strategy and all documentation.
