CrossFire Group is a staffing and recruitment firm headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, providing professional staffing and recruiting services nationwide. Marty Rosenau and Deb Schneider launched it in Royal Oak, Michigan, in 2002, initially placing IT and legal professionals in temporary, contract and direct-hire roles throughout the Midwest. The founders are now coaching the next generation, Alex Rosenau and Andrew Stinson.

The firm places candidates in engineering, office and clerical, accounting and finance, human resources, manufacturing and skilled trades, and information technology roles. It also offers internships. Its clients range from Fortune 1000 companies to small businesses. Services include contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire staffing, executive search, payrolling, vendor-on-premise and managed service provider programmes, recruitment process outsourcing and employer of record arrangements. It says a standalone Compliance Department managed by licensed attorneys monitors regulations.

CrossFire Group also runs an Internship Academy offering internship, scholarship and mentoring opportunities, and says it serves organizations across North America and Canada.
