Critical Connection is a therapy staffing business that places clinicians in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology roles. The positions it fills include Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

It offers both travel work, on 13-week assignments, and permanent placement. Its permanent placement team connects therapists with full-time roles in hospitals, outpatient clinics and healthcare systems across the country. The company says it works with clinicians from new graduates to veterans, and it accepts staffing requests from client organisations. Clinicians are offered free access to Medbridge CEUs, and people who refer a therapist who completes an assignment earn a bonus.
