Crimsonxt is a global talent and executive search firm that works with companies in the industrial technology space. It provides executive search, permanent and contract recruitment for executive, commercial and technical roles. Its contracting service places temporary and freelance professionals on projects.

The company recruits across warehouse automation and robotics, HVACR and building automation, advanced technology such as battery technology and data centers, and construction. It has four specialist arms: Automation, Energy, Technology and Built Environment, the last of which serves the construction industry in North America. It says it has clients across the Americas, Europe and APAC.

Crimsonxt was set up by Paul, Chris and James, who it says bring over 35 years of collective recruitment experience. Chris Pickles is Group Managing Director, and Paul Rodwell and James Chippindale are Co-CEOs. It has offices in Leeds, London and New York.
