Crew & Concierge

Crew & Concierge is an international yacht crew and land-based recruitment agency based in Bristol, UK. It says it has worked with repeat clients since 2006.

The agency places crew for yacht owners, management companies, captains and heads of department. It covers positions in every department on any kind of yacht, from deck to galley, and says it has contacts in the culinary, engineering and marine sectors. It also places staff in private residences. It keeps a database of candidates across every discipline and says it builds relationships with crew throughout their careers, listening to the requirements of both clients and crew.

Land-based staffing is handled by its sister company, Personal Staffing, which it says serves clients globally. That work covers private household staff, PAs, EAs and family office, childcare, chauffeurs, aviation and ski lodges.
