Credit Limbourgh BV has been active in bemiddeling within the Limburg labour market since 2005 and says it has now been in the market for more than fifteen years. Its client base is deliberately diverse, spanning automotive, financials, medical, production engineering and the notariaat, the Dutch notarial profession. The Contractscan reflects a second strand of expertise: it is aimed at people already in work who are unsure whether provisions in their employment contract or their cao would restrict a move. The company works across the Netherlands from its base in the Limburg market. Its method begins with the client, drawing up a zoekprofiel and an organisatieprofiel together before any search starts. Wassen has held HR manager posts at several international businesses and still advises companies on HR policy, dismissal, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions, which is why the company says he can judge quickly and decisively how well a candidate fits a client.
