Credas Recruitment is a Dutch recruitment company that specialises in connecting jobseekers with the right employer within the IT and Techniek sectors. It was born as a startup out of the conviction that recruitment can, and must, be done differently. The name itself carries the principle the company works to: Credas refers to trust, and the business states that it must operate on the basis of trust, transparency and honesty in order to succeed in its mission. Working this way lets it map the recruitment process clearly and bring the expectations of jobseekers and employers together into a partnership that leaves both parties happier and stronger.

The company works within two sectors, IT and Techniek, and says it has years of experience in both and a very large network as a result, which candidates are free to draw on. It runs two parallel five stage processes. For candidates the stages are an oriënterend gesprek to identify their wishes and ambitions, a match making phase returning two or three suitable employers within one to three days, an interview phase typically comprising two interviews per company, an offer phase in which Credas negotiates on the candidate's behalf, and a contract phase in which it goes through the contract with them line by line. For employers the stages run from an oriënterend gesprek and a terms conversation that settles conditions in advance, through the search and interview phases, to the contract.
