Creative Recruiters

Creative Recruiters is a recruitment business that specialises in the creative industry in Australia. It fills roles in design and creative, digital, marketing, account management and strategy, and studio and production, from graphic designers, art directors and UX designers to copywriters, account directors and studio managers.

It works with corporate and government clients, design studios, and digital, advertising and marketing agencies. It says it sits on a number of government preferred supplier panels, and its corporate clients include businesses in financial services, the not for profit sector and retail. Services cover freelance, permanent and fixed term contract placements. It also works with senior executives and business owners on staff retention and executive coaching.

The company is based in Prahran, Victoria, and is led by Managing Director Vicki-Anne Craigen. Its clients and candidates are located across Australia, predominantly in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Hobart. It says its consultants have either specialised in creative recruitment for many years or worked in the design, digital, advertising and marketing industries themselves.
