Creative People Inc is a recruitment agency that places product, design and marketing talent on full-time and contract terms. It works through four divisions: Consumer, for DTC, CPG, retail and lifestyle brands; B2B, for SaaS and service teams; Contractor, for contract and freelance needs across marketing, brand creative and product design; and Executive People, an executive search arm for creative and commercial leadership.

The firm was founded in New York City in 2018 by Daniel Cole, who had worked in recruiting for 12 years. It now operates in five cities: New York, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Miami. Its Contractor division is based in Seattle and New York. It reports serving more than 67,500 candidates and 515 client partnerships.

Its stated mission is to humanize the recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.
