Creation Recruitment is a Bristol-based recruiter for Product, Design, Data and Engineering & AI roles. It was co-founded in 2008 by Richard Buck and Jessie Rushton, and offers permanent and contract recruitment as well as executive search. It says it knows product, data and engineering from strategy to delivery, and from individual contributor to board level. Its clients have included Barclays, Screwfix and Accenture.
Alongside recruitment, the company runs Creation Build, which offers two fixed-price engagements, an Ideation Workshop and a Proof Sprint, that take product ideas from opportunity to a validated working product. A third strand, Creation Consult, covers hiring methodology based on The Outcome Hiring System, which Richard Buck co-authored and which is described as coming soon.
The founders also co-founded CPO Connect, a peer network for senior product leaders, and the company is a partner of The Female Product Lead, a community for women in product leadership. It also publishes a Product Team Salary Report covering Product, Design, Data and Engineering & AI.
