Cpr Recruitment

Cpr Recruitment is a specialist construction recruiter that supplies temporary and permanent workers across the UK. It was founded in 2016 by Tim and Rami.

The company reports placing over a thousand workers in a single week at its peak and building a turnover of £30m. It says it supplies some of the UK's largest construction PLCs. It has offices in Maidstone, Reading and Birmingham.

In 2026 it acquired Xenon Construction Recruitment, a business that had placed people in permanent roles across construction and property. That business now operates as CPXR, the permanent recruitment arm within the CPR group.
