CPG & Associates is a boutique search firm that places mid to senior level professionals through two divisions, Sales and Sales Support, and Accounting and Finance. It provides permanent and contract placement services and consulting engagement staffing, and says it has over 30 years of recruiting and consulting experience.

The sales division concentrates on consumer packaged goods, covering sales and sales management, category management, shopper insights, trade marketing, customer marketing, sales planning and strategy, shopper marketing and account management. Roles include key and national account managers, business development managers, territory and region managers, category analysts and managers, and directors and vice presidents of sales. It also recruits in retail category management and procurement.

The accounting and finance division is primarily focused on the Dallas-Fort Worth market and specialises in accounting, finance, treasury and audit recruitment. Its clients include venture capital backed start-ups, private equity owned portfolio companies, privately held and publicly traded firms and Fortune 500 companies across all industries.
