About the Agency
Coyne & Associates is an independent search and experienced hires business that specialises exclusively in qualified finance. It was founded by Steve Coyne, who has worked in professional staffing since 2000. The firm combines executive search heritage with experience in venture, growth and listed environments, including buy-outs, carve-outs and transformation programmes.
It places finance professionals in permanent, fixed term contract and interim management roles, and handles more sensitive senior appointments through retained search. Roles it recruits for include CFO, finance director and financial controller positions. It also offers a business advisory service and market intelligence for hiring decisions.
The company says it has built relationships with finance professionals over more than 25 years, across the South West of England and beyond. Its candidate-led model follows talent rather than sectors, and it works with venture-backed and private equity-backed businesses, established private companies and listed organisations. Its registered office is in Bath.
