COTEM is a Danish karriere og rekruttering company that works both sides of the market through two named services. CO-Placement is aimed at individuals looking for new challenges and a step up in their career, and the company states it is the only provider of this service on the market. IN-Placement is aimed at companies and organisations searching for a new employee. Both services are offered in three tiers, BASIC, PLUS and PREMIUM, and the site also carries a list of vacant positions, a profile creation route for candidates, a questions and answers section and a newsletter.

Cotem was established in 2020 and has already completed assignments for a broad range of clients in many different trades, at all levels and with more or less all types of positions, which the company says has built a broad, solid and well maintained network. Before formal establishment the concept was thoroughly tested. With references from both the private and public sectors, from small and large companies and from national and international organisations, Cotem says it can credibly claim to find a matching candidate for a client's organisation. Its seniority in both CO-Placement and IN-Placement is described as considerable.

The company is based at Centervej 7 in Køge, Denmark. Per Henrik Brask is chairman of the board of Cotem and has held top positions at DSV, Carlsberg, Post Danmark and SAC, was COO at People Test Systems before starting Cotem, and has also been CEO of Danmarks Cykle Union. Torsten Miland is a CO-Placement coach whose background includes management positions in the financial sector and with providers of consultancy services, who trained as a psychotherapist and holds an MBA from DTU, and who is Managing Partner in the sister company AIMS International Danmark.
