Cosmic Partners is a London-based recruitment firm that places sales staff with VC-backed B2B tech and SaaS companies. Vinay and Matthew founded it in 2022, after working with recruiters who, in their words, did not understand SaaS sales. Vinay is a former SDR and AE, and Matthew is a former VP of Sales.

The firm only hires for sales. It headhunts individual sales contributors and sales leaders, and works with founders, sales leaders and VCs. Its process starts with a discovery of at least 90 minutes, followed by search, screening, presentation of candidate profiles with a scoring matrix, onboarding and handover, and aftercare covering tools and coaching for managing a new sales hire. Founders moving beyond founder-led sales get the full search with go-to-market advisory included, while sales leaders get a search run to their brief.
