Corps Team

Corps Team is a nationwide recruiting and executive search firm. It began in 2005 as Mom Corps, a firm set up to help Atlanta area mothers return to work after a break, and has since widened its services and reach. It describes itself as woman-owned and WBENC certified. Allison O'Kelly is its founder and CEO.

The firm works for corporations, privately held companies, growth stage companies, arts and cultural organisations and non-profits. Its services are executive search, direct hire search, contract staffing, outsourced recruiting support and payrolling. It places people in accounting and finance, development, executive, human resources, IT and engineering, and marketing and creative roles.

Corps Team opened its Charlotte and New York City markets in 2010. Its Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia operation and its Boston operation are run by franchise owners.
