About the Agency
Cornerstone Staffing is a staffing and recruiting business that says it has served client and candidate partners since 1991. It offers temporary, temp-to-hire and professional placement services, along with technology talent services and public sector staffing. Its Professional Placement Division was started in 2006.
The company recruits across a range of industries, including office professional, accounting, finance, call centre, healthcare, IT and engineering. It serves clients in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and Phoenix, and says it has nine offices in Texas and Arizona. Its recruiters also work with job seekers in several other states, including Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Georgia.
It reports a team of more than 70 professionals with more than 600 years of combined experience in staffing. Temporary candidates go through a 10-step screening process, and clients can manage contingent workers through its proprietary online system, CornerStone Netlink. The company says it takes its name from Jesus Christ.
