It says it was set up after spotting a gap in the market for an agency covering a wide range of specialties. It is led by the husband-and-wife team Samantha and Norbert, and its head office is in Fortitude Valley, Queensland.

The company fills locum, fixed contract, shift and permanent roles across Australia. It recruits nurses and midwives, dental professionals, allied health practitioners, doctors, medical imaging staff, and social care and psychology professionals. Its hospital doctors and specialists team places doctors of all levels and specialities in permanent, contract and fly in fly out roles, and it also offers agency nursing shifts.
