Core3

Core3 is a finance and accounting recruitment agency with offices in Bristol and London. It places finance and accounting professionals into permanent and interim roles at all levels, from purchase ledger to CFO. Its specialisms include leadership, qualified, part-qualified and transactional finance, credit control, payroll and accountancy practice roles.

The company describes its approach as conscious recruitment. Under its Core3 method it meets every candidate before presenting five options to a client, and it carries out check-ins with candidate and client after placement. It also offers employer brand support, such as landing pages, videos and social campaigns, and career coaching for candidates. It says its team has over 50 years of combined experience in the local market.

Core3 is B Corp certified and commits 10% of profit each year to three areas it calls people, planet and progress. Clients choose which local charity each placement supports.
