Core Talent

Core Talent is an Australian recruitment consultancy founded in Sydney in 2012 by Gary Montgomery and Matthew Gerrard. It grew from manufacturing recruitment into a consultancy serving several complementary industries, namely accounting and finance, business support, manufacturing and logistics, engineering, mining and construction. Each industry is served by a team of specialised consultants.

It has offices across New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania, with its head office in Sydney. It also recruits in civil, rail, renewables, facilities management and local government.

For employers it offers flexible staffing options, recruitment guarantee periods and market and salary information. It also publishes a Salary and Workforce Trends Report, drawn from its national candidate and client network.
