Core Staffing Solutions

Core Staffing Solutions is a recruitment agency specialising in engineering and manufacturing roles. It says it was founded in 2023 by a team of industry veterans with decades of combined experience in those sectors, and it works with employers seeking staff and with candidates seeking work.

Its recruitment services include permanent placements and temporary-to-permanent arrangements. For permanent hires, the client pays only once the new employee has completed their first month, and the fee can be split over three monthly invoices. In temp-to-perm placements, the employee moves onto the client's books after 12 weeks.

The company also offers HR services and an HR advisors service, covering compliance, employee relations, performance management and policy development. It is based at an office on City Road in London.
