CORE Staffing

CORE Staffing is a healthcare staffing company based in Frankenmuth, Michigan, with a Minnesota office as well. It places nurses, respiratory therapists and allied health professionals, and also staffs other clinical specialties as clients need. It provides services across the United States, and especially in the Midwest.

The company was formed in 2019, when Vital Nurse Staffing and C.O.R.E. Respiratory became one business. Vital Nurse Staffing was started in 2007 by Chuck Stadler, Jr., a nurse in Frankenmuth, who bought C.O.R.E. Respiratory, a respiratory therapist staffing agency in Minnesota, in 2017. Stadler is now president. CORE says it is owned and guided by healthcare professionals and offers on-call staff around the clock.

Alongside staffing, CORE provides custom eLearning and onsite education in BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP, and created a division for respiratory therapy education and eLearning in 2015. It also created rtNOW, a respiratory telehealth app that connects nurses with a respiratory therapist. The company is Joint Commission certified.
