Continental Recruitment

Continental Recruitment, whose full name is Continental Recruitment and Services Ltd, provides permanent and temporary recruitment at all levels in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. It also has a health and social care section, and its client feedback mentions placements into support worker roles.

The company is based in Wolverhampton and recruits across the UK. It says it maps the local employment market for each search and approaches suitable candidates directly, rather than relying only on its own databases. It also says it markets clients' vacancies through industry-specific job boards and social media, and draws on its network in the UK market for recommendations. Candidates are screened and their qualifications checked before they are put forward. The company says it works only on results and offers a rebate period and a free replacement service if a placement does not work out.
