Contemporary Staffing Solutions

Contemporary Staffing Solutions, known as CSS, is a national workforce solutions organization based in Moorestown, New Jersey. It says it has helped organizations build and support their teams for more than 30 years. It began with specialised recruiting and later widened its services to include project support and the management of workforce programmes.

CSS places people through contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire arrangements, and also provides consulting and project-based support. For larger contingent workforces it runs managed service programmes under MSP and VMS models. It recruits in technology (IT, digital, data, cloud, cybersecurity and engineering), professional services (accounting and finance, HR and office, call centre and customer operations, legal and compliance, and mortgage services), life sciences (clinical, regulatory, quality, scientific and commercial roles) and sales and marketing.

The company is organised into specialised divisions. CSS ProSearch recruits sales, marketing, customer success and revenue staff, and the Staffing Services division oversees CSS Scientific, CSS Technical Services and CSS Professional Staffing Group. Tom Verratti is President and Chief Financial Officer.
