Experienced & connected Senior Recruiter within the Australasian Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Sectors. Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering and Mining industry between Australasia and the UK. Half of his career has been spent working as an engineer on projects while the balance working in the recruitment function placing engineers and construction professionals. He leads a specialist team of recruitment professionals.

I’ve been working in the recruitment industry for the last 15 years, ultimately gaining experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently, I am responsible for collection, collation and monitoring of all information relating to new internal and external employees, drafting of all internal and external contracts for employees, assist with screening of candidates, organising pre-employment medicals if needed, maintaining employee files, making sure all compliances are up to date, making sure all policies are up to date, assisting Director with adhoc HR projects and assist with weekly wages if and when needed. I’m always striving to bring 100% to the work I do. I thrive on helping others, going above and beyond with each and every task. One of the reasons I really like my work is the opportunity to meet and connect with such a diverse range of people. Im enthusiastic about growing and gaining new skills on my HR / recruitment journey.
