About the Agency
Consult Connect Pty Ltd is a boutique executive search firm established in Australia in 2013. It focuses on the industrial transition: critical minerals, green metals, decarbonisation and the infrastructure that supports them. Its work centres on leadership, including mission-critical and C-suite roles. Emilie Chautard is its founder and director.
The firm says every candidate is identified and approached directly by its own team, with live weekly progress updates during a search. It offers full search, modular search, market mapping, talent pipelining and compensation and benefits studies for employers, and career coaching for job seekers. It works in both English and French.
Consult Connect reports more than 350 placements across six continents and over 25 countries, with a concentration in Francophone Africa, New Caledonia and the Pacific. It says it donates 50% of its profits to charitable organisations.
