Consult Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Auckland that places candidates with New Zealand organisations. It has operated since 2008 and says it grew out of a recession into one of New Zealand's biggest specialist recruitment agencies.

It has specialist teams for accounting and finance (transactional accounting, payroll, finance systems, risk and compliance), tech, IT and digital (development, testing, product, data, cloud, infrastructure and security), professional services (business advisory, tax, audit and assurance, consulting and advisory), and enterprise and transformation (change, strategy and PMO). A leadership team covers roles from general manager to board level, and executive search is listed alongside it.

The agency recruits on permanent, contract, and interim or fractional bases. In professional services it works with Big 4, mid-tier and boutique firms, says it is an approved partner on exclusive supplier panels, and provides nationwide coverage across New Zealand. It also publishes an annual market snapshot and salary report.
