Ian founded Construction People in 2008 and has since been dedicated to driving the companies’ growth and client relationships. Beginning his career at Hays in 2001, he now has over 23 year’s recruitment experience within the construction industry. As well as overseeing the daily operations and expansion of Construction People's branches, Ian services the recruitment needs of our property and construction clients.

I've been connecting construction professionals in Brisbane with their next opportunity for the last 14 years. In 2010, I left my financial planning role to join my brother, Ian, at Construction People, to assist with expanding our services and resourcing for clients who had regional projects at the time. Coming from a financial planning background, it has always been my desire to help people reach their personal and professional goals. And I've been very fortunate since joining Construction People to have assisted many professionals in securing opportunities that help move them forward in their career. My current focus is on recruiting for mid and top tier head contractors in Brisbane and surrounding areas for Foreman, Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Engineers / Coordinators, Project Managers, Design Managers and Estimators.
