Kabell Relations is a Danish recruitment company led by Malene Therese Kabell, who runs the search and rekruttering process personally for each client. Her stated emphasis is on understanding both the candidate's and the company's needs, values and culture in order to create the right match between them. She starts the recruitment process on the same day the agreement is signed and uses every day of the week when necessary, delivering candidates within two to four weeks.
