Consalt Personalmanagement is a recruitment and HR consultancy based in Innsbruck, Tyrol. It says it has been building up its core business of finding and placing qualified candidates since 2003. The managing directors are Mario Angerer and Armin Schwarz.

For employers it offers personnel consulting and placement, active sourcing, direct approach of candidates, international search in Austria and abroad, newplacement, assessment centres, interim HR management, payrolling and a job advertising service. It also accompanies clients and their new employees through to the integration phase.

For candidates it runs a career management service with placement into suitable positions free of charge, career counselling, application training, CV optimisation and career path advice. It supports graduating students of a business school in Innsbruck with application training, offers coaching to nominated top performers of the University of Innsbruck business faculty, and gives CV checks at the career & competence fair in Tyrol.
