Connected People

Connected People is a boutique Australian search and recruitment consultancy that specialises in Executive, Legal, and Accounting & Finance appointments. It fills roles for leaders, specialists and support professionals in these fields, and works with both employers who are hiring and professionals building their careers. Its consultants work only in these sectors rather than as generalists.

The company offers confidential executive search supported by talent mapping, alongside permanent, contract and temporary recruitment. It recruits in Newcastle, Sydney and Canberra. Monica Walmsley is its founder and director. The company reports 17 years of placing thousands of professionals, and says she has recruited hundreds of executives and Legal, Accounting & Finance specialists.
