Connect Resources

Connect Resources is an Australian labour hire and recruitment company founded in 2018. It began as a specialist provider to the civil construction and mining industries and has since added training, apprenticeship and diversity employment services. It sources blue-collar and white-collar staff for civil construction, mining, infrastructure and professional services, and also recruits for commercial construction and warehousing roles. It supplies both short-term labour and long-term placements, and says its consultants have worked on-site.

The company operates in Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales, with offices in Osborne Park, West End and North Sydney. Its Western Australian headquarters is in Osborne Park. It works through the Connect Group network and has four divisions: labour hire; Connect Site Services, a majority Aboriginal-owned partner focused on employment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and women in construction; a group training service that acts as legal employer of apprentices and trainees; and registered training, delivered with partner Western Training.
