Connect People is an Australian-owned and operated recruitment and labour hire business serving the civil infrastructure and construction sectors. It was formed in 2010 by Tony Cotruzzola, who had 20 years in infrastructure and is its Managing Director. The company says it has more than 15 years of experience in civil infrastructure recruitment.

It supplies labour hire, contract, temp-to-perm and permanent staff, and also offers payroll. Its work covers civil infrastructure, rail, water, energy, tunnelling and telecommunications, and it works with Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors. It also recruits for professional services, in finance, HR, administration and business support, from coordinators to executive leaders.

Connect People has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, with recruiters across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA. It reports a network of over 20,000 candidates and 19316 placements into jobs across Australia.
