Its search process begins by mapping the whole potential candidate market, then uses advertising, database and LinkedIn searches, referrals and targeted outreach, and ends with an assessment as part of selection.

The company says its consultants have a combined thirty years of experience in the Asia Pacific recruitment industry. Its network and focus cover the broader Asia-Pacific region, across both mature and developing markets, alongside its local area of Australia and New Zealand.
