Connaught Education

Connaught Education is a specialist recruiter for the independent school sector, sourcing teaching and leadership candidates for schools across the UK and worldwide. It operates exclusively in that sector and places classroom teachers, support staff, heads of departments, senior leaders and administrators.

Its expertise is in permanent and long-term appointments, though it also offers flexible fixed-term cover and supply solutions. The company says it has worked with independent schools for over two decades.

It also places people with education businesses and suppliers to the sector, including teachers and school leaders moving into commercial roles in areas such as curriculum development, training, consultancy, operations and client engagement. The company has offices in London and Birmingham.
