About the Agency
CONJUNGI describes itself as a Spezialistenteam für KI-basiertes Recruiting, an agency group that puts artificial intelligence to work in personnel acquisition. Its argument is that AI is changing recruiting above all, that using AI based recruiting today is a competitive advantage on the labour market while not using it tomorrow means being left behind, and that an AI can read and evaluate far more data about applicants simultaneously than any recruiter can, which is what makes it capable of finding genuinely suitable candidates. Two conditions attach to that claim: the AI needs a very good briefing, because it only answers as well as it is asked, and the person using it has to be able to judge what it answers. Recruitment, CONJUNGI argues, depends on efficiency and effectiveness, and the applicant data needed for both already exists in bulk in social media, ready to be used to design, distribute and evaluate job adverts for a defined target group.
The problems the agency sets out to solve are the everyday ones of understaffed employers: a team already working beyond its limits, where every sick note, pregnancy announcement and holiday request causes anxiety; growth blocked because the skilled workers are missing; job portals and headhunters that eat money; applications that always come from the wrong people; clicks that never turn into applications despite job ads, social media adverts and a recruiting film; and new hires who disappear again soon after starting. Against this it sets social media recruiting, noting that 89 per cent of German companies do not yet advertise for skilled workers on Facebook and Instagram even though the same share of 20 to 39 year olds is on those platforms every day, and that social media can reach the valuable specialists who are not actively job hunting while saving expensive wastage.
The method combines job adverts with employer branding adverts, so that applicants find the employer rather than the other way round, and CONJUNGI's KI-based analysis links the professional and private worlds of a target worker in social media. That is what allows a job image campaign to be aimed not simply at Elektroinstallateure im Ruhrgebiet but at those Elektroinstallateure whose leisure and interest profile suggests a lasting fit with a particular employer. Contact starts with three short qualifying questions on whether the visitor is looking for skilled workers, whether vacancies are or will be published on their own website, and whether they want to promote job offers on Facebook and Instagram, after which name, telephone number and email secure a free initial consultation, with a reply promised by the next working day at the latest.
