Conifer

Conifer supplies temporary and permanent staff in security, hospitality, facilities and care across the UK and the United Arab Emirates. It has placed staff since 2012 and has its headquarters in London, with other locations in Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Newcastle, Cambridge and Dubai.

Security roles include SIA door supervisors, corporate security officers, retail security staff and CCTV operators. Hospitality roles cover housekeeping supervisors, hotel room attendants, kitchen porters and chefs. Facilities roles include cleaning operatives and maintenance technicians, and care roles include healthcare assistants, senior care assistants and support workers. Clients include hotels, corporate offices, retail stores, event venues, universities and care homes.

It works through agency staffing, where workers are on its payroll, temp-to-perm placements on a 12-week pathway, ad-hoc and emergency cover, managed services and hotel staffing outsourcing. It says every role is screened, including right-to-work, work history and reference checks.
